he man accused of attacking Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett is due in court Monday. 21-year-old Anthony Peters will have a final hearing about his upcoming trial that’s scheduled to begin May 3rd. Peters has pleaded insanity to 4 charges, including reckless injury. If a jury finds him guilty, they must then determine if Peters was sane at the time of the incident.
